These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and tap777 ("tap777", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tap777 website, mobile interface, games, betting services, promotions, and all related features and content (collectively, the "Services").

1.4 In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional offer, competition rules, or supplementary policies published on the tap777 platform, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

2.1 To register and maintain an active tap777 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

2.3 tap777 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an account, or permanently close an account where eligibility requirements cannot be verified or have been misrepresented.

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the tap777 platform. The creation or use of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and to promptly update your account information if any details change. tap777 is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate account details provided by the user, including incorrect GCash or Maya account numbers that result in misdirected withdrawals.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. tap777 will not be held responsible for unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, contact tap777 support immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification. tap777 is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act 9160, as amended) to verify the identity of all registered users before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued ID. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your tap777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any verified remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of all pending wagering requirements.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. tap777 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). tap777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

4.2 Deposit Terms.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.

4.4 Third-Party Payments. Deposits made from payment accounts that are not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. tap777 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or investigate any deposit originating from an account not matching the registered player name.

5.1 tap777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to registered players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonuses credited to a tap777 account are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any portion of the Bonus or winnings derived from Bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and time limits will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. tap777 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any Bonus, and to close the associated account, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. 5.5 Right to Modify. tap777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice, subject to honoring Bonuses already credited under the promotion terms at the time of modification.

6.1 Game Integrity. All games offered on the tap777 platform — including slots, live dealer games, sports betting, sabong, bingo, and fishing games — operate under rules and return-to-player (RTP) configurations that are certified by independent testing laboratories approved by PAGCOR. tap777 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, tap777 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the applicable wager amounts. tap777 will not be liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including player-side internet connectivity disruptions.

6.3 Disputed Results. 7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tap777 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

8.2 Player Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered tap777 players within the account dashboard:
